Description
TERRA FUL is the base fulvic acid conditioner in the TERRA range, with no added rooting hormone. It carries 52% organic matter with 38% as fulvic acid and 4.5% water-soluble potassium (K2O), together with organic nitrogen in amino-acid form. Its fulvic acid and organic acids are naturally present in vinasse, a byproduct long documented as an organic soil conditioner and biofertilizer, while its readily available potassium and a share of its microbial energy source trace to molasses. Applied through soil or fertigation, it fits any program where nutrient-uptake efficiency and a biologically active root zone are the goal, rather than a defined rooting event.
Key Benefits
- Supports root growth naturally. Vinasse is a documented natural source of auxin and other plant growth-promoting compounds, known to support root growth and general plant vigor rather than a single initiation event.
- Improves micronutrient availability. TERRA FUL’s fulvic acid chelates micronutrients such as iron, zinc, copper, and boron, keeping them soluble and available for plant uptake rather than locked up in the soil.
- Builds a biologically active root zone. Molasses’ sugars and vinasse’s own B vitamins and amino acids feed soil bacteria and fungi, and the organic nitrogen this microbial activity cycles back into the soil becomes available to the crop over time, alongside whatever the plant’s roots take up directly through fertigation.
- Supplies water-soluble potassium. TERRA FUL carries 4.5% potassium (K2O) in water-soluble form, supporting the plant’s osmotic regulation, water relations, and overall nutrition alongside its biostimulant activity.
- Builds soil structure and organic carbon over time. TERRA FUL’s organic matter adds to soil organic carbon with repeated use, and vinasse and molasses are documented in the agronomic literature to improve soil aggregation and porosity, giving the soil itself a more workable structure alongside the crop-level benefits above.
How It Works
TERRA FUL’s fulvic acid and organic acids are natural constituents of vinasse, a byproduct of molasses fermentation long documented in the agronomic literature as an organic soil conditioner. Molasses itself contributes readily available sugars and soluble nutrients, chief among them potassium. TERRA FUL carries this combined organic base at a standard concentration, without any added rooting hormone. Both molasses and vinasse are documented as soil amendments that build soil organic carbon and improve aggregation and porosity over repeated use, the physical basis of TERRA FUL’s role as a conditioner rather than a straight fertilizer.
Fulvic acid’s chelating activity keeps micronutrients such as iron, zinc, copper, and boron soluble and available as they move from the soil into the root. The sugars molasses supplies feed soil bacteria and fungi directly, and vinasse’s own B vitamins and amino acids lend further support to that microbial activity, together building a more biologically active root zone. Vinasse also carries natural auxin and other plant growth-promoting compounds that support general root vigor. The organic nitrogen in TERRA FUL, held in amino-acid form, primarily feeds that same microbial activity; as those microbes turn over, they release nitrogen back into plant-available forms, with some direct root uptake also occurring where fertigation places the material close to the root zone.
When to Use TERRA FUL
TERRA FUL fits as a standing addition to soil and fertigation programs across the season.
- TERRA FUL supports establishment when applied at transplanting or early vegetative growth.
- Regular fertigation applications through vegetative development maintain nutrient uptake efficiency and root-zone microbial activity.
- TERRA FUL can be reapplied through fruit set and development to sustain root-zone nutrient availability.
Saline, nutrient-tied-up, compacted, or chemically challenging soils are exactly where fulvic acid’s chelating activity and the product’s contribution to soil structure matter most, since both work to improve conditions rather than simply adding to an already-favorable soil.
